The Esther Foundation facilitates an extensive and award winning residential young women's health, development and leadership program currently housing more than sixty women and their children.

Many of the young women within the program are given the opportunity to speak as Community Leaders or Youth Leaders within our community, at women's and youth conferences, functions and events. They also get to hang out with business leaders from the Western Australian community, as seen here with the organisations major supporter Dale Alcock.
