Graduates and present program participants have united their skills and learning within the program to provide an excellent catering service to functions and conferences. To date, the CATERGIRLS team has catered for a weekend camp conference [to a standing ovation at the end of the weekend from 250 guests], several weddings with more than a 100 guests and also off-site catering for a number of birthdays, functions and events.

Whether its finger foods, curries, salads, exotic dishes, pastries; the catering team can discuss and design any needs you may have for your next event or function, including waiters and function staff.

Remembering that your support helps train, equip and presents the opportunity to young women in our program to gain experience, workplace training and skills that they can take with them once they are back in the broader community.

As well as weddings, CATERGIRLS have also catered for many business conferences, cocktail and birthday functions and larger functions for Dale Alcock Homes, Western Power, Celebration Homes, Rio Tinto and Lust Pearls [to name a few] over recent months and are averaging 6-10 functions per month.

Having tendered and completed a corporate Christmas function for 100 staff, clients and guests of Minepower, Event Coordinator Lara Bush stated the following in a letter to the Esther Catering Company;

Dear Candice and her fantastic team,

Thank you! You and your team did a terrific job at the Minepower Corporate Christmas party on Saturday, 13th December 2008. The food was very well received, and I heard many, many positive comments on it - as you and I well know, catering can be the deciding factor in guests' assessments of any given event. Along with cooperative weather and a fun atmosphere, it all resulted in a very successful Christmas party for all our guests.

The menu you developed for us was ideal for this event; it met both our guests' needs and our budget needs - no small feat in itself. Your staff were warm and professional, and the gourmet food was well laid out, prettily decorated, and abundant. As well, I really appreciate your "team" approach with wearing the gold blouses and Christmas hats during the night.

It goes to show what a great catering company you belong to when little problems like power become any issue and you still got everything out on time and with no complaints.

I hope this was the first of many events we work on together, all of us at Minepower look forward to our next events together and with your delicious food and friendly team we can't go wrong.
